To check on the status of your Certificate of Eligibility (I-20 or DS-2019):

  • Login to Howdy Portal,
  • Click on the applicant tab,
  • Click on the International Student Channel
  • Click on Certificate of Eligibility and "For applications received for Fall 2009 and beyond"
