If you received an email from us that your I-20 is ready for pickup, please select one of the mailing options below:

• Please send us a PREPAID WAYBILL AND ENVELOPE from any of the following three companies: DHL, UPS, or Fed EX. ISS does not accept any direct payment, only PREPAID WAYBILL and ENVELOPE from DHL / UPS /Fed EX, for mailing your I-20. The prepaid waybill and envelope can be mailed to us at the address below.

  If you plan to send us these documents please send an email to iss.cec@tamu.edu so that we can update your information.
  
  In all instances, please make sure that whichever courier you use that you give them your name and Texas A&M University identification number (UIN) so that when the courier picks up your I-20 we will be able to identify your package easily.
  
  Warning: If you are paying DHL / UPS / Fed EX through a third party, do save your receipt of payment. In case DHL / UPS / Fed EX does not receive the payment for its services, it is the student's responsibility to prove that the payment has been made.
• You may authorize a friend or relative to pick up your documents. If you wish to do this, please send an email to iss.cec@tamu.edu with the following information:
  • Your name, UIN, and contact information
  • Your friend's name, UIN (if they are a student at Texas A&M University) and contact information
  • A statement authorizing them to pick up your documents from the International Student Services office.
• If you do not wish to have your documents sent by express mail, we will send them to you by regular airmail.
