Online Letter Request System

This system allows international students to request the below mentioned letters produced by ISS online instead of filling out a paper-based form and dropping it off at the ISS office.

- Driver’s License Letter: required by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) for an international student application for a Texas driver’s license or state identification card.

- VISA Application Letter: used by international students to verify that they are in legal status and pursuing program goals when applying for a new visa to re-enter the U.S.

- Verification of Enrollment: used for many purposes to verify legal immigration status. (if a student needs verification only of official enrollment at Texas A&M University – such letters should be requested through the office of the Registrar instead of ISS)

- Other School Enrollment: used if a student is requesting permission to enroll at another university while remaining an F-1 or J-1 student at Texas A&M University.

- Invitation Letter: a courtesy letter provided to international students inviting a visitor (tourist visa) or a dependent (F-2, J2, etc.) to come to the U.S.
