Each semester, ISS provides a calendar for incoming international students. The calendar contains information about both mandatory and optional events taking place prior to the first day of class.

Other than the Orientation & Check-In organized by ISS, students are also required to attend the following events:

• Undergraduates: New Student Conference by the Dean of Student Life
• Graduates: Graduate Student Orientation by the Office of Graduate Studies

In addition, many academic departments offer orientation programs for new graduate students. You should check your department's website for more information.
