Online Orientation
Any Texas A&M University student who is neither a U.S. Citizen nor a U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident is considered to be an international student. The following groups of international students are required to complete the Online Orientation:
New international students who will be starting their first academic program at Texas A&M University are encouraged to complete the Online Orientation prior to entering the United States or arriving in the Bryan/College Station area. All international students who plan to first enroll at Texas A&M University during the Summer 2012 semester are REQUIRED to complete the Summer 2012 Online Orientation. Students must complete the Summer 2012 Online Orientation before they can schedule a Check-In appointment. In order to complete the Summer 2012 Online Orientation, you must review all sections, pass the quiz at the end of each section that has a quiz, and receive a confirmation e-mail verifying your completion of the Online Orientation. Students who do not complete the Summer 2012 Online Orientation by the 15th day of class will receive a registration hold preventing registration for the Fall 2012 and/or Spring 2013 semesters. The registration hold will not be removed until the student completes the Summer 2012 Online Orientation.
