Airport Pick-Up Service

At the beginning of each semester, new international students can arrange for someone with International Student Services or Sponsored Student Programs to meet them upon their arrival at Easterwood Airport in College Station. Students are asked to register individually to use this service. This service is scheduled based on student arrival and is provided free of charge to all new international students.

This service is intended for NEW international students at Texas A&M University. This service is NOT intended for returning or continuing students.

Please be aware that if you will arrive by Ground Shuttle from IAH, you should plan to have the Groundshuttle take you to your final destination and should not sign up for this pick-up service.

Please register for this service as early as possible. If your travel plans change, please be sure to edit or cancel your request.

Summer semester pick-up service dates will be announced soon.

Before requesting a ride, please make sure you know the following information:

• Your UIN (University Identification Number)
• Your Flight Arrival Information.

Use the link below to proceed to the registration page. If you are traveling with friends/family who will not be attending TAMU, please indicate it on the registration form. Each TAMU student must register individually.
