Please be aware of the following:

ISS has scheduled travel signature and visa letter sessions around campus for students who are traveling this semester. The sessions will be held in the lobby of Zachary Engineering Center, and in the lobby of the Wehner Building. Students who are planning to travel outside of the U.S. and who currently have an I-20 or DS-2019 re-entry signature endorsement expiring within the next 3 months or less must have their documents signed before their travel begins. Appointments for the November 4th session are currently available. Appointments for the November 17th session will be available starting November 10th.

During the travel signature sessions, international students who have signed up will be able to have their travel signature (and visa letter, if necessary) processed and visa letter signed on-site. Only students who have signed up in advance will be able to use this service (to control crowding and allow for smooth processing of the maximum number of individuals). Travel Signature & Visa Letter Days location, time and dates:

1. Wednesday, November 4th in the lobby of the Zachary Engineering Building from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm (currently available for sign-up)
2. Tuesday, November 17th in the lobby of the Wehner Building from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm (available for sign-up starting November 10)

Documents you will need to bring to complete this process:

1. Original I-20/DS-2019
2. Passport
3. Visa
4. I-94 card
5. Completed Travel Sheet (see links below)
6. Sponsor Student Programs signature on travel sheet (only if student is a sponsored student)
7. Online visa letter request (only needed if a student is applying for a new visa stamp)

Students should download and complete the Travel Sheet prior to their scheduled appointment. Travel sheets can be down loaded by clicking the following links.
